From the FRANKLIN EQUATION HIT AND RUN - Being a Role Model...

I have been asked how great it feels to be looked up to by so many kids and adults as a result of my popularity in the UFC. I have also been asked if I like being considered a role model.

To answer the question honestly, I don't like the idea of being a role model. Kids who look up to an athlete or celebrity look up to only what they see on television, and that oftentimes is not the true heart of a person.

Kids have ideal role models, such as parents, family members or close friends who love them...they are just too young to realize it. One false move for me in the public eye could affect a child negatively for life. That is a tremendous amount of responsibility.

Quick and Painful Clothing a new look to MMA shirts

As followers of Mixed Martial Arts MMA, Quick and Painful saw an opportunity to develop a clothing line that would add a unique spin on the sport of MMA. At Quick and Painful Fight Gear QNP are committed to provide a superior product to fighters and fans that deserve the best in clothing and fight gear. Although Quick an Painful clothing are the new kids on the block, they are hitting the MMA scene with a vengeance. QNP is marketing the products via the internet, magazines and MMA events. And offering Quick and Painful apparel to MMA training camps/teams, and sponsoring fighters who are established in the sport of MMA, as well as the rising stars.

Quick and Painful has huge goals for Quick and Painful Fight Gear, and working diligently in achieving them. Some of the future plans are to expand our inventory to include a strong line of casual wear for men and woman. In addition, they will eventually offer a complete line of fight gear.

Quick and Painful shirts have been a very refreshing new look to MMA shirts increasing the performance in the material as well as increasing the original artwork so that it never looks like everyone elese MMA gear lines. In a huge Mixed Marital Arts community that is very fickle Quick and Painful fight gear is doing its best to separate itself from the rest of the world.

UFC 97 Redemption Chuck Liddell Returns

Chuck "The Iceman" Liddell could be walking a very thin line with the UFC in UFC 97 and as most fans know if you take too many losses in the UFC (Unless your are Chris Leben) you will end up no longer fighting the the UFC for a very long time. Chuck Liddells return can go either way coming to fight a very strong Mauricio "Shogun" Rua if he wins this could mean a very strong return to championship glory. But if he loses he may be looking for another fight event promotion like many other fighters in Affliction or Strike Force.

I believe Chuck still has a spurt that no on has seen yet and if he went back to his basics and became the hunter of the ring again instead of counter punching so much this fight can end quickly with a Liddell haymaker knock out. Hopefully he can return to glory.
Check out Chuck wearing the fan favorite Soldier Fight Gear support the troops shirt you can get it at Official Pro Sports.
