Driven Inc. Clothing a Sports Revolution Fashion Style

Driven Inc. is a company who believes in the greater legacy of people and their clothing line reflects just that. No matter if you’re defending our country, saving lives, helping those in need, the stay at home mom or dad, what you do today makes you who you are tomorrow, and Driven has the shirt to show just that. Team Driven holds honor and pride in everything they do. Whether it’s in the next big fight, the clothes they produce or the fans that watch them, it’s that responsibility, team work, trust among themselves and each other and the loyalty that drives them to be the greatest in everything they do and become. These are the core values that power Driven everyday. Driven doesn’t sell just the typical t-shirt, they sell a lifestyle.

Driven men’s shirt selections range from a bright blue with a pretty simple design that covers most of the left chest area, to what they call the Firefighter tee that has a Driven style shield on the left chest and on the back has full color artwork, the repeat of the shield and on the bottom back says, “I charge when other flee and I fight what others fear”. Most of the collection of tees you see the same pattern, they are mostly dark in nature very undertone colors but the messages they represents speck louder than look. As with the Firefighter tee, Driven also has the Law Enforcement tee that represents what it is to be driven and to serve and protect their communities. Dark in nature with a deep blue color and Driven Inc. stated across the front, and the back highlights police body shields with police on the sides with the bottom read, “Sworn to protect. Driven to serve.” Whether you are the men and women who fight the fires and keep our streets safe or those who are Driven by their actions, these shirts are for you.

Rich Franklin's HIT AND RUN - PROTEIN SHAKES FOR KIDS

PROTEIN SHAKES FOR KIDS

Mike from Michigan asks: My boys both want to be athletes when they grow up. Should I be giving them protein drinks at only 6 and 9 or will that be harmful? Would you give it to your kids?

Rich's Answer: It is important for children to have a well-balanced nutritional program. Protein is the essential nutrient for building muscle, which is very important for growth. I have read studies that suggest an intake of 1g or slightly more per kg of weight. So a 100 pound child should consume no more than approximately 45g of protein per day. Most kids I know use protein shakes as a lazy way to replace a meal. Nothing trumps natural food, and I only drink protein shakes when I am not hungry enough to process solid food or when I am in a pinch. Consult your doctor and see what is the maximum amount of protein your child should consume per day. Set up the nutrition accordingly and avoid the shakes unless you have to. Remember quality of a nutrient is just as important as quantity.
